Samagri:
- Ground beef (200 gram)
- Burger bun (2 adad)
- Kachcha pyaaz (1 adad, kaate hue)
- Tamatar (1 adad, kaate hue)
- Salad patta (4 adad)
- Chutney (aapki pasand ki)
- Mayonnaise (2 chammach)
- Chilli flakes (aadha chammach)
- Kali mirch powder (aadha chammach)
- Namak (swaad anusar)
- Tel (tala hua)
Vidhi:
1. Ek bartan mein tel ko garam karein. Usmein ground beef daalein aur ise halki aanch par 5-7 minute tak pakaayein, jab tak ki yeh pak kar brown na ho jaaye.
2. Pakaye huye beef ko ek taraf rakh dein aur burger buns ko toast karein.
3. Ab ek bowl mein mayonnaise, kali mirch powder, chilli flakes aur namak daal kar mila lein.
4. Toast kiye hue buns ke beech mein chutney lagaayein, phir salad patta, kachcha pyaaz aur tamatar rakhein.
5. Ab us par cooked beef rakh dein aur us par mayonnaise mixture daal kar use poora cover karein.
6. Aapka burger taiyaar hai! Isko fries aur cold drink ke saath serve karein.
